Our main focus in this course is how to avoid the common liabilities that service industry professionals run into everyday. We will take you step by step through the process of inspecting a job, documenting your findings, and how to avoid the pitfalls that can incur liability for yourself and your company on your jobsites. This course will include water damage basics, sewage contamination basics, mold awareness, and OSHA regulations including asbestos awareness.
